A self-contained theme that renders any Manager document (receipt/invoice/ credit note/etc.) in the EFRISConnect branded style from /api4/view-v1, with a scannable QR built from the EFRIS QR-code validation URL field. Served at /branded-theme as plain text to copy-paste into Manager → Settings → Themes.

Bundle qrcode-generator (frontend/qrcode.lib.js) and inject it into the theme
served at /branded-theme, so the EFRIS QR is generated locally (offline) as a
data-URL image instead of an external service. Falls back to the online image
then text if the encoder is unavailable.
