…IS duplicate - Picking an invoice now pins the Submit tab and shows the loaded document instead of bouncing to Home; load failures stay on Submit with an alert. - If EFRIS rejects a submission as a duplicate/already-used number, show a 'Submit as NEW number' button (complements the pre-submit log check).
