scTFseqTools v.1.1

Release notes:

• Now using htsjdk instead of picard library. Should be much more lightweight.
• Now checking if all TF barcodes IDs are unique. To avoid weird duplicated results.
• Now, when two sequence barcodes from the R1 fastq file (first OR second) can match a TF barcode (with correction), then we keep them all, and check if a correct combination (first + second) could be found in all potential pairs.
