Updating getSpatialParametersExternal and vignette for consistency

@orian116 can you please update the following to be consistent:

• getSpatialParametersExternal to input resolution as input and use "lowRes" as default - same as get10xCoords.

• Default vignette should use getSpatialParametersExternal, getPairwiseInteractingGenes.
