Two different pipelines between undirected and directed SpaceMarkers #73
Description
In writing the manuscript procedures, I realized that some functions from the directed visium pipeline do not operate the same as the original pipeline. I have tried to update some of the functions to work on both pipelines. I also added some new functions for visualization. These are saved on the branch appnote-functions branched from hdutils. The R CMD check passed with no errors but a warning regarding package dependencies and notes.
