Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Python 3.8+

Backend Setup (FastAPI)

1. Create and activate a virtual environment

   On Unix/macOS:

   python3 -m venv venv
   source venv/bin/activate

   On Windows:

   python -m venv venv
   .\venv\Scripts\activate

2. Install Python dependencies

   pip install -r requirements.txt

3. Configure environment variables
   Create a .env file in the project root:

   # Backend
   
   # OpenAI
   GOOGLE_API_KEY=<YOUR_OPENAI_API_KEY>
   
   # Slack
   SLACK_BOT_TOKEN=<YOUR_SLACK_BOT_TOKEN>

4. Set up github-app-key create a folder /keys in root directory and create a file github-app-key.pem inside it and add following in it :-

   paste you github secret key here

5. Run server
   Run this bash command to start the backend server. For Github_Bot :-

   github_agent.py

   For slack_Bot :-

   python slack_bot.py

   For jira_Bot :-

   python jira_agent.py
