feat(studio): redesign animation library interactions

Summary

• Redesigned the Video Studio animation library based on the approved Figma designs.
• Added animation category filters, search, and conditional “In use”/“Unused” grouping.
• Kept the full animation library visible when no element is selected while preventing animation application and showing a selection prompt.
• Added applied states, badges, edit actions, and remove actions to animation cards.
• Introduced a compact 200px animation editor with direct start/end inputs, speed, loop, and localized controls.
• Updated animation notifications to use a consistent white background, black text, 6px radius, and shadow.
• Moved the AI editing indicator below the video canvas and updated its colors and loading animation.
• Replaced timeline toolbar icons and divider with the exact SVG resources and dimensions exported from Figma.
• Removed the unfinished “Record gesture” prompt from the empty property inspector.
• Added complete English and Chinese localization for the new interface.
• Added focused tests and a seven-frame Fraimz flow covering the updated experience.
