Installation of `httomolib` requires `gcc` since C code was added to the repo in [this commit](DiamondLightSource/httomolib@f98bd30#diff-50c86b7ed8ac2cf95bd48334961bf0530cdc77b5a56f852c5c61b89d735fd711)

A new tag was pushed purely to trigger the container image build action. I will keep the tag for now for the sake of knowing which commit the new image was built against (which is needed for running workflows via tomohub), but when the next version of httomo is released and an associated container image is created, this tag I will merge this PR so then container image builds will work once more. |
