Hi 👋, I'm Diana

Researcher and practitioner working at the intersection of AI, ethics, design, power, and data governance

As I don’t usually write here very often, some people might not be familiar with my work.

I have over 10 years of experience working in Artificial Intelligence and data, and for the past 5 years I have been fully dedicated to Diversa 💜.

My approach is not only technical. I specialize in AI ethics and justice, feminist AI, AI cooperatives, algorithmic justice, and data and AI governance, with a strong focus on power, social impact, and collective forms of technology-building.

I work closely with communities, combining research, design, and practice to build more just, inclusive, and responsible socio-technical systems.
