Wrong location of polish spacy model

Model is in location /app/external_models/pl_core_news_md/pl_core_news_md-3.8.0/  while it should be in /app/external_models/pl_core_news_md/
This results in error: Could not read config file from /app/models/pl_core_news_md/config.cfg
