Runtime v1.6.1 is a patch over v1.6.0 (same ABI v2), so the existing
shell v1.3.1 / leia_plugin v1.0.7 pins stay compatible. It ships two
user-facing fixes:
- #363 service teardown use-after-free (crash on rapid app launch/exit
churn / last-client disconnect)
- #344 Ctrl keyboard shortcuts restored in workspace mode (complements
shell v1.3.1's Ctrl+Space close-deadlock fix)
