docs(skills): refresh /sync-website for persona-led website IA#402

No functional break — the skill targets data files (ecosystem.ts, devices.ts, roadmap.ts, architecture/extensions pages), none of which moved. Touch-ups for accuracy after the website overhaul: - note app/contribute/page.tsx as an editorial surface (repo map renders ecosystemRepos; headline-ADR list is hand-curated); - note /compatibility + /status merged → /platform-support (data still edited in devices.ts/compatibility.ts, page never edited); - ADR mapping now points contributor-relevant ADRs at /contribute.
