- Add AppLayout shell with desktop sidebar + mobile bottom nav - Sidebar: collapsible (w-64/w-16), nested menu items with expand/collapse, persists collapsed state in localStorage, search integrated - BottomNav: 5-tab mobile nav (Home, Pets, Appointments, Search, Profile), active indicator, auth-aware tab visibility - MobileHeader: sticky top bar with hamburger drawer, inline search toggle, full drawer with nested nav items and user info - Breadcrumbs: auto-generated from route segments, shown on deep pages - NavSearch: debounced autocomplete, keyboard nav (Enter/Escape), router push - NavIcon: self-contained SVG icon map, zero extra dependencies - navConfig: single source of truth for all nav items and auth requirements - AppLayout: skips shell for auth/landing pages, wraps all other pages - ARIA labels, aria-current, aria-expanded, focus-visible rings throughout - iOS safe-area-inset-bottom support for bottom nav - Smooth CSS transitions on sidebar collapse and drawer slide Closes DogStark#183
