This PR restores the OfflineStatusIndicator component to provide users with a persistent visual indicator of their connectivity state, improving awareness and reliability for blockchain-related interactions.
Changes Included:
Recreated OfflineStatusIndicator.tsx component
Added online/offline status detection
Implemented green/red status indicators
Included accessible labels for screen readers
Integrated component into persistent UI location (header/footer)
