Summary

declare the GitHub repository required by Render's server-side Blueprint validator
remove maxShutdownDelaySeconds, which is unsupported on Free web services

Validation

render blueprints validate render.yaml --output json: valid: true
local JSON Schema validation: passed
git diff --check: passed
