PR #156 aims to bring back the old state monitoring tutorials using the state_history plugin.
The original tutorial is likely broken due to the number of changes made since.
Solution:
Reproduce the original tutorial and update to reflect the latest changes. Once rodeos is deployed revisit the tutorial again and make appropriate changes in the way the database fillers are loaded, update to use rocksdb instead, etc.
