Prepare code for operations

Implement all missing software required to run the cold-flows and VSFT operations.

This includes:

• Check missing registers / polish data structures in the GOAT (data.*)
• Finish, check and code freeze the h_drivers logic during all FSM states (PR_board.*, dpr.*)
• Implement ABORT condition for VSFT (i.e., abort if altitude or acceleration is above XX threshold during burn).
• Add events logging with relevant severity levels
• Verify the datalogging and ensure post-flight scripts are ready to parse data into readable formats (csv without failure)
