CI runners have no local Gradle install; the wrapper is required
for ./gradlew to work. Also replaces the deprecated kotlinOptions
block with kotlin { jvmToolchain(17) }.

…scaling Add StatusDto/SettingsDto/ThresholdsDto DTOs and getStatus() API endpoint to fetch bgTargetBottom/bgTargetTop from /api/v1/status.json. Repository exposes getTargetRange(); GlucoseScreen fetches it on refresh and uses it for the target band and dynamic Y-axis (data + range + 25% padding). Add per-profile glucose alert notifications using Nightscout's bgHigh/ bgLow thresholds. Alerts fire via Android notifications (15-min cooldown) for current and predicted (15-min linear extrapolation) high/low events. POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission added for Android 13+. Settings screen redesigned: profile cards show alerts toggle in place of edit/delete buttons; tap to edit, long-press to drag-reorder. Profile edit screen restructured with save icon in top bar, test connection directly below token, alerts toggle after connection fields, and delete button at the bottom of the form. Moves all source files and tests from com.autosugar to de.autosugar to match the .de TLD convention. Updates namespace and applicationId in build.gradle.kts, adds release signing config, and adds two new string resources (label_app_version, error_invalid_url).
