Re-selecting the tab you are already on has nothing left to navigate to, so it now jumps to the search field with the keyboard up. The request travels as a one-off event so returning to the tab later does not replay it. The player cut titles at two lines and the mini player at one, which drops exactly the part that tells chapters and movements apart. Both now show a single line that marquees when it overflows, with a faded end edge so the clip reads as "more" rather than as a layout bug. On a phone in landscape the top bar, the mini player and the bottom navigation bar together took two thirds of the height, and the library showed no rows at all. Below 480 dp of window height the navigation now becomes a rail at the side, the top bar slims to 48 dp, the library puts its search field and tabs on one line, and favourites use smaller tiles so a whole row fits. A landscape phone profile joins the scaffold goldens so this layout stays covered.
