The app has a full Simplified Chinese interface (zh.json), listed in
Settings as 简体中文 and picked automatically on a system set to mainland
China or Singapore. A system set to Traditional Chinese (zh-TW, zh-HK,
zh-MO, zh-Hant) is deliberately not matched and stays on English, since the
translation is Simplified only; it can still be chosen by hand. The macOS
"Check for Updates" item is translated, and the font stack names the system
Chinese fonts because Inter has no CJK glyphs.

The subscription button said "Upgrade" or "Manage" in every language, and
"Free" beside it, because the strings were written into the component.
They are keys now, in all three languages.

A test fails if any locale differs from en.json in its keys or placeholders,
which svelte-i18n would otherwise paper over by falling back to English.

The screenshot tool took its locales and the Manage Contexts button's label
from hardcoded English and German. It now reads both from the locale files,
so a new language is captured without anyone editing the tool, and the
release job copies zh to the website too. The demo also answered nothing for
the encryption panel, which would have put an error box in every settings
capture; it now reports encryption as off.

Checked: 284 vitest tests, the Chinese screenshots (queue, settings), and
the locale tests.
