This release contains minor bug fix to v0.3

• Fixes execution of commands with no param when params are provided
• Fixes duke not exiting during execution when it is no longer able to save to a file
• Fixes corrupted lines not being displayed as a message when opening duke
• Changes Fatal error exit to use a exception message style
