Superseded by #211.

This cannot merge on its own: TypeScript 6 turns the existing moduleResolution: node into a hard error.

tsconfig.json(16,25): error TS5107: Option 'moduleResolution=node10' is deprecated
and will stop functioning in TypeScript 7.0.

#211 carries the same bump plus the tsconfig change it needs, moving to module: esnext and moduleResolution: bundler, which matches how this project actually builds since #204. Verified there that lib/ is unchanged and index.d.ts is byte identical.
