[Feature Request] Raid/Party frames for target and focus

In fights where we need to heal a boss or other NPC - Temple of Sethraliss as an example - it would be great to be able to have a specific frame for focus and targets. I dont like to keep the option to hover cast in all frames, only in Elle so that i can have easy access to the manu, etc.

I understand it's possible to position the focus / target unit frames in a way that it's easier to cast spells, but having a dedicated frame just like party/raid frames would be much better.

@apainter2 this helps, but i think having the option to have a frame for focus would be beneficial. In fights like Sethraliss, as a mistweaver or disc priest you're constantly switching targets to heal through damage. If i can keep my focus on the boss - and have that displayed in the frame - i can just switch to it to hard cast healing spells, otherwise it makes me have to target the boss and then start healing.
Focus would work better in this situation
