[]FeatureRequest] Background transparency setting & mouse‑over display toggle for team tool bar

I would like to request two new features for this team tool bar:

1. Add an option to adjust the background transparency of the toolbar.
2. Implement mouse‑over display mode: make the toolbar hidden by default, and only show it when the mouse hovers over the area.

Currently the toolbar stays permanently visible on screen. Sometimes I do not want it to always occupy the UI space, so these options would be very helpful.
