- Policy manipulation
- Governance process bypass
- Unauthorized decision paths
- Audit or ratification integrity
- Role or authority escalation
DO NOT open public issues.
Report privately to:
Include:
- Description of the governance risk
- Affected policy or process
- Potential systemic impact
- Acknowledgement: within 72 hours
- Assessment: within 7 days
- Resolution: governed by TEOS-FORGE under ICBC
All handling is subject to:
- International Civic Blockchain Constitution (ICBC)
- TEOS-FORGE stewardship
- TEOS Egypt Sovereign License (TESL)
