Improved stability and file structure, also added a future choice for ignoring modifications dates.

Just run it via terminal, using ./main in the directory where it is, then choose one or more folders to backup and one to put the backed up files and let the program do his job. You will have to mannually accept the copy and/or deleting of the files and then the deleting of the temp files.
