feat: Certificate Batch Processing & Verification (Backend)

Implements the backend for the certificate module:

• Receives the generation payload (template, font, fields config, students data) from the Teacher app.
• Manages certificate batches.
• Signs certificates with RSA keys per school.
• Provides a public verification page.
