Ring gag update

Updated Ring gag:

• Added ring gag specific char map that should be somewhat accurate to IRL...
• Made ring gag use the newly added char map.
• Added a system to ring gag that will work based on tightness - rng rp message insert to interrupt the sentence.
  Message interrupt system behavior can be changed and altered using vars at the start of garbleText function.
  How it works: after some amount of words in a message it will roll to interrupt it to add an rp message segment before continuing to garble the message again. Every defined amount of words it resets and after defined amount of grace period words will try to roll for interrupt again. This lets the gag accommodate long messages with multiple interrupts happening in very long messages.
• Added ringGagInterruptMessages.js file for easy adding and editing of interrupt messages. The messages are ran trough the convertPronounsText function so you can write them pronoun respectively.
