Modify Windows Strong Password Requirements

• Run secpol.msc to open the Local Security Policy tool window
• Click account policies
• Double click password policy

(Sometimes a Network Administrator will override this feature. In these cases local security policy will inherit the domain policy and any changes must be made by the Network Administrator.)
