Closing as stale: this branch's content was already merged into `dev` via #30 (`1ee90a9`/`3c72b23` — "Pulling feature/issue-23-add-rate-limit-aware-ret into dev"). `dev` has since moved further ahead (crawl/seeds discovery, manifest handling, vector-backend seam, embedder support, `INGO_HTTP_RETRY_AFTER_MAX`, etc.) — a diff against current `dev` shows this branch would actually regress all of that if merged, not add anything new. Verified via `git diff dev origin/feature/issue-23-add-rate-limit-aware-ret`. |
