Rebuild the static homepage into a mobile-first translation experience with a clearer hero, stronger form hierarchy, dedicated results panel, and a compact about section for portfolio/profile links. Replace the previous generic card styling with a tokenized editorial visual system that improves typography, spacing, gradients, motion, and responsive layout behavior across mobile and desktop. Refactor the frontend interaction logic to support stable empty states, integrated loading feedback, friendlier visitor-facing error handling, and improved audio button state management without changing any backend API routes or request shapes.
Replace the placeholder about-panel copy with Esteban Valencia's identity, a short personal descriptor, and the real outbound links for portfolio, GitHub, LinkedIn, and direct email contact. Keep the existing layout and styling intact while turning the about section into production-ready personal navigation instead of template placeholder content.

Updates for rate limiting, hardening, and the runtime contract for deployment, as well as UI/UX improvements for a more appealing experience alongside whose app and whatever this is?
