Spring Setting `DemoFileExtension` needed to have comma separated value for both the new `barreplay` as well as the original `sdfz` for both to be recognized simultaneously.
Centralizes content downloading in one place and establishes methods for concurrency (currently disabled awaiting PRD fixes upstream).
