secrets.APP_ID/APP_PRIVATE_KEY was confirmed to authenticate as the "exaclaude" app rather than "exadev" (app 1008913, the one the main-protection ruleset's bypass_actors entry actually names). Swapping to the GH_APP_ID/GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY secret pair to check whether it resolves to "exadev" instead.

PR #33 confirmed secrets.APP_ID/APP_PRIVATE_KEY authenticates the release job's token as the "exaclaude" app, not "exadev" (app 1008913, the app the main-protection ruleset's bypass_actors entry actually names) - which is why the git push to main keeps getting rejected as a ruleset violation. Trying GH_APP_ID/GH_APP_PRIVATE_KEY here to check whether that pair resolves to "exadev" instead.
