Bumps `@exadev/eslint-config` from `^2.11.0` to the exact version `2.12.1` (no caret range), adds `saveExact` and extends the existing per-version `minimumReleaseAgeExclude` entries in `pnpm-workspace.yaml` (plus an `.npmrc` fallback for pnpm 10.x releases older than 10.17), and bumps this repo's pinned pnpm from `11.6.0` to `12.4.1` via corepack.

No lint fallout: no Stryker-disable comments and no file over the new 800-line `max-lines` cap exist in this repo. Lint, typecheck, test, and build all pass unchanged both before and after the pnpm 12 bump.

Was pinned to ^2.11.0. No lint fallout: no Stryker-disable comments
and no file over the new 800-line cap exist in this repo.
saveExact in pnpm-workspace.yaml, with a .npmrc fallback for pnpm
10.x releases older than 10.17. Extends this repo's existing
per-version minimumReleaseAgeExclude entries for @exadev/eslint-config
with the new 2.12.1 pin, alongside its existing 2.11.0 entry.
Regenerates the lockfile for the new engine version; lint, typecheck,
test, and build all pass unchanged.
