A region is in logic if you have access to it and at least one of the X regions before it in difficulty, the default being 3.

All bosses follow this same logic, except for underwater bosses, which expect access to swimming characters (Tidus, Wakka, Rikku), and superbosses which expect at least 3 party members and access to a high level region (typically Sin or Omega Ruins). Subject to change

Some regions have areas only traversable if swimmers are in the party to handle random battles (Besaid, Bevelle, Mt. Gagazet). Some regions have forced fights that require swimmers (Baaj, S.S. Liki, Luca, Moonflow).
- You always have Tidus, so you always have a swimmer, so this won't be relevant until we fix all the problems with Tidus not being in the party.
