This is a RESTful API developed for web apps or mobile apps to get latest weather updates data. I chose REST API because it gives the data in JSON so it can be integrated easily and scale. [The work is not completely pushed yet, which have docker. I'm thinking to add it to another branch once I see if everything's fine in terms of the security.]
