I think this should be every item that could be valuable to mark, plus Sold Out for useless stuff.
I used the chickens for the child and adult trading quests, not sure if that's the best choice, up to you.
Only included one song icon because at the side of those peek icons, you really can't tell them apart anyway.
Also replaced Goron and Zora tunic icons with ones that have a G and Z overlaid, respectively. For color-blind friendliness.
The Triforce icon I scribbled out myself real quick. I considered just one triangle since it's for Triforce pieces, but it looked a little weird so I stuck with the full Triforce for it.
