Digest bump for FerrLabs/.github (af8854d → 2718959), used in pr-title.yml, security-scan.yml, sonarqube.yml.
Three commits landed upstream in that range: #354 (renovate config, default.json), #356 (adds a crates.io token to reusable-ferrflow-release.yml), #358 (fixes docker image signing in reusable-docker-build.yml). None touch reusable-pr-title.yml, reusable-security-scan.yml, or reusable-sonarqube-scan.yml, the only three reusable workflows this repo consumes. No behavior change here.
CI: all completed checks are green (zizmor, gitleaks, osv-scanner, snyk, PR title, Cargo Security). Coverage/Test/Build/opengrep were still running at review time with nothing failed.
No blocking findings.
