Patch bump of the internal FerrFlow action (v7.21.1 → v7.21.7), pinned SHA updated to match. Changelog for v7.21.2–v7.21.7 is all bug fixes and perf work in npm dev-build fallback, migrate, release locking/versioned-file checks, and a rustls CVE bump — nothing touches the publish mode or helm registry login step used here (.github/workflows/publish.yml). No breaking changes, no new inputs/outputs required.
CI checks visible on this PR are unrelated to the bump (lint/test/security scans) and are green or still running with no failures so far; the publish workflow itself only triggers on release, not on this PR.
Uneventful, safe to merge.

Note: every competitor is a Node.js package — none ship a native binary, so this section can only show
ferrflow. Cross-tool comparisons live in the Npm section.Docker
Note: no competitor publishes a first-party Docker image that is comparable to
ghcr.io/ferrlabs/ferrflow(a single static binary). Wrapping the Node tools innode:ltswould only re-timenode startup + npm + the toolalready measured in the Npm section, so this section is intentionally limited toferrflow.Npm
