Digest-only bump for FerrLabs/.github (b959064 → 071c55a), touching the four reusable workflow refs in ci.yml, pr-title.yml, and security-scan.yml.
The only commit in that range (#351, "cap js-yaml below v5 while front-matter is an Analog peer") modifies default.json only — a renovate config rule — and doesn't touch any of the four reusable workflow files this repo calls. Nothing in this bump reaches this repo's CI behavior.
CI was still running several jobs at review time, nothing failed. Safe to merge.
