Adds the What's-new changelog entry for 1.0.1 (clearer errors when a consumer-group name isn't permitted by ACLs + allowed-prefix hint). Pairs with #14; the entry version matches the upcoming
v1.0.1tag so the panel surfaces the right notes on deploy.
