The disconnected mode script updates the fan every 30 seconds, which would cause flash writes every 30 seconds if state restoration is enabled. fixes Flamingo-tech#26

While remembering the fan speed is nice, saving the fan speed every 30 seconds will wear out the flash unnecessarily.
