This PR introduces the complete v0.1 Core Architecture for Gravity Binary, including:
This establishes the foundational, consequence-aware reasoning layer that future Reflex, Validator, and Registry components will build upon.
No breaking changes to existing public interfaces. Safe to merge when reviewed.
