When I look at account audit logs, I see a few problems, for example:
- "Account Updated, Field: name, logo_url, attributes, account_roles" when I updated the attributes actually (and no values being shown)
- "Added role(s): [admin-reader]." without context which user was edited
- "Active status set to 'False'." without more info than who was the acting user.
