About the PR

Changed various .yaml files handling markings for moths, specifically, in order to correctly place moth wing markings into the wing subcategory.

Also I tagged the right branch this time, whoops sorry

Why / Balance

Since only one tail marking can be selected at a time, this made it impossible for moth wings to be used in tandem with a tail marking, limiting the potential for player customization and character expression. This fix shouldn't be contentious, I would hope?

Technical details

Only .yaml files of the Floof, Impstation, DV and base directories have been modified. Since, from my understanding, these miscategorizations are a result of the hurried rebase of Floof to DeltaV's codebase, I have not made comments on the changed upstream files due to being uncertain whether or not they are necessary. I will fix this on request during review, if required, but I am pretty tired right now so I'll leave it until I know for certain whether it is necessary.

Have you tested this change against non-winged species (humans, vulps, felinids, ...)? They may lack a sprite layer associated with HumanoidSpriteLayers.Wings

I have, though I haven't tested every single individual race. Here's humans, vulps, and arachne - the last I chose as an outlier, and while I wish the layering was slightly different for the front view in the latter case, all of them do display fine on the sprite.

Are there any other outlier races that I should be considering for testing here?
