Are there species that do not have a natural language? If so, might be worth conflicting them so it's not just free points. I'm not sure if there is such a species though... |

As far as I'm aware every species grants at least one extra language. Humans get Sol Common, Rodentia get Mouse, etc. |

"Foreign origin" doesn't make sense as "foreigner" already implies that you come from a different part of the universe where tau-ceti is not the common tongue. Maybe rename it to "Tau-ceti native" or something?

Took a look at terms for a generational loss of language. Settled on Cultural Disconnect.
About the PR
Adds a new trait that removes all languages granted from the player's species.
Why / Balance
Greater customization for languages.
Technical details
Adds a new trait effect and trait. The trait is applied at the highest priority among language traits to allow for other alterations to known languages.

Combining this trait with any natural trait results in a free language. As natural language traits are limit one the points granted by this trait were reduced by one to account for the free replacement language.
