About the PR

Small small fixes to both maps.

Why / Balance

Amber:

• Fixed hops doors being hos access
• Made the TEG easier to use
• The epi anom vessal room now uses plasma windoors
• Gave another crate of AME parts

Meta:

• TEGs windows have been upgraded
• The random visitor spawn in medical has been replaced with its proper banner
• Pumps have been put back in the cryopod cooling loop

Technical details

Map changes.
