Summary
This PR adds the two missing contract regression tests covering the negative and timing edge cases identified in the streaming contract suite.
Added coverage
remove_delegate()is safe when no delegate was ever set on a stream.top_up()works correctly when the stream has a futurestart_timeand the top-up occurs before vesting begins.Why
These cases are important because they cover the no-op path for delegation cleanup and the pre-vesting top-up branch, which were not previously exercised by the contract tests.
