refactor(readme): left-align header and tighten title#46

- Switch the logo container from center to left alignment so the branding sits flush with the rest of the README's left edge. - Drop the article from the title: "PUPILA: An A-eye on every job board" → "PUPILA: A-eye on every job board". The pun reads cleaner without "An" — "A-eye" is its own noun phrase, not a noun being introduced by an article.
