Hey! I'm Andrew Friedman, a Senior Software Engineer at GEICO and a Computer Science graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology where I studied Computer Architecture and Artificial Intelligence. At work, I spend most of my time architecting GEICO's next-generation cross-platform Flutter platform. At home, I build stuff for fun (usually with Flutter)!

I first began programming recreationally in 2012 and since then my love for computing has only grown stronger. Over the last decade I've shipped 100+ apps to the public, contributed to large-scale enterprise monorepos used by 100+ engineers, and made some contributions to open source! It's a true joy to use my skills to build meaningful projects and give back to the tech community.

• Lead architect of the Flutter host application rebuilding GEICO's entire mobile app, unifying two decade-old native iOS and Android codebases into a single Flutter experience.
• Designed a feature-contract framework and application shell that every mobile feature runs inside, standardizing state management and infrastructure across teams.
• Previously redesigned CI on GEICO's Flutter monorepo to test only affected code, cutting validation cycles 80–87% and scaling from 150 to a projected 300+ modules.
